I always believe by staying
positive and focusing on all the skills of the game...the
little things, each player will be more rounded, and
thus more successful in their own progression through
hockey. One of my quotes is "Success through
skill development".
The satisfaction of watching
a player progress and improve over a 7-month period/season
is unmatched in any sport...this is where my passion
and love for hockey sits. Working with players and
recognizing them as individuals is a strength of mine...finishing
every comment with something positive is how you get
more out of a player.
Playing Experience
Bishop Fenwich High School
- Injured most of 3 years could not progress further
do to injuries...re-directed my passion and knowledge
towards coaching young players
