This
program is for boys and girls ages 9-14.
The emphasis is on proper running form, core strength,
balance, acceleration and deceleration. This is achieved
by doing drills
using speed ladders, medicine balls, and other sports
training aids. Body weight exercises are also a major
component in this
program and it is excellent for youth athletes
in all major sports programs. The program is taught
by qualified professionals that have many years of experience
teaching proper biomechanics and safety.
Our Strength and Conditioning staff is highly qualified
to train athletes at all levels, specific to the demands
of their sport.
